Job Description & Work:
We are working a key search with a leading AI / ML technology Seed Stage Startup. They are pioneering their space and recently named “Cool Vendor” by Gartner. They are seeking their first Head of Sales / Revenue to partner with their CEO on the GTM. This hire will be leading the go-to-market… First-in, building processes, messaging, playbooks, sales strategy and structure. They will hire an AE, SE and SDR function immediately.
Requirements:
10+ years of enterprise / mid market sales experience
5+ years of sales management and leadership
Experience selling solutions to Data Science Organizations or Tech Sales
Startup experience strongly desired
Experience building and managing sales teams
