Professional Services Engineer – Security Operations – Work from Home US Based
We are working a key search for our client a leading enterprise cybersecurity company. They are growing their customer engineering organization.
This Professional Services Engineer will be a key team member in deployment of their security platform at leading global companies across the country. The incumbent will work with cutting-edge technology and tackle complex technical and business problems while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries.
Responsibilities
Will collaborate with customers and team members to carry out implementations and enhancements
Participate in all implementation designs, setups, and review processes to ensure success
Build long-standing customer relationships at various levels
Collaborate with client teams in resolving technical/system related inquiries
Engage in new product launches and other cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Marketing
Requirements:
– BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required
– Deep SOC experience (cybersecurity eco-system)
– Python Scripting is a must
– Linux Command Line proficiency
– Experience with SIEM / SOC products (ArcSight, Splunk, Qradar, AlienVault etc.) is a plus
– Advanced knowledge in operating systems (Linux, Windows)
– Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
– CISSP is a plus
– Excellent communication skills
