Growth stage security software company is seeking a leader of their customer success organization.  This person will…

• Establish world-class CS structure and team responsible for entire customer lifecycle from PO to renewal
o Manage team that will manage initial install, deployment, and configuration
o Manage training
o Structure and manage ongoing support – both account mgt and support
• Interface professional services, with product and technical team
• Directly engage with select strategic accounts
• Establish and expand 24×7 support structure
• Responsible for ongoing renewals
• For strategic accounts perform player/coach role actively interfacing with key customers to ensure effective delivery

Requirements:
• 10+ years Customer Success role with Enterprise Software – preferably security related
• Experience building and managing Customer Success teams
• Experience deploying professional services
• Demonstrated ability to minimize churn and drive successful renewal
• Demonstrated ability to structure CS function in high touch software environment
• Dynamic, high-energy self-starter
• Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
