Director of North American Sales – AI for Data Scientists
Job Description and Work:
Our client is pioneering the AI Assurance and Governance space. They were recently named “Cool Vendor in Enterprise AI Governance” by Gartner. Their solution enables data science, data engineering and operational teams to create robust AI processes at scale, by extracting key insights, and gaining control over the machine learning operations.
This hire will be leading the go-to-market in the US. This will be a player coach role to start… first-in, building processes, messaging, playbooks, sales strategy and structure. They will hire an SE and SDR function and bring on the first 10 logos in the US.
5-10+ years of enterprise / mid market sales experience
2-5+ years of sales management and leadership
Experience selling solutions to Data Science Organizations
Startup experience strongly desired
Experience building and managing sales teams
